For details, please read further.
Added support for one-touch to join for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet meetings from Poly and Cisco SIP-based video codecs that have a Synergy SKY Connect license and an Microsoft (Office) 365 calendar.
Users can also manually dial into these calls by entering the meeting ID and selecting the type of meeting to join directly from Mira Connect. Users can access advanced call features including raising their hand, changing screen layouts, sharing emojis, and more while in a call.
For installations without calendar integration, Mira Connect can be configured to provision calls within Synergy SKY and then join the meeting. See our article, , for additional information.
Added support for individual display volume control. Now users can optionally show and control the volume level of individual displays directly from the display card on Mira Connect. To enable, edit the display in Mira Portal, navigate to the Options tab, and enable Show volume control. Display volume controls are also exported in the Zoom Rooms JSON code that is generated by Mira Portal.
Added option to the room settings to configure whether to show the room's volume control for applications where you don't want a room volume control, such as when just controlling one or more displays. In the room settings, select either None or Automatic for whether there is a room volume control shown on Mira Connect. Selecting Automatic will select the highest priority equipment's room volume as the room volume control. Typically the highest priority device is a DSP device that has been configured with a room volume control.
Added Mira Connect Me as an option for a Mira Portal Site's idle screen options for Mira Connect. Now, the Mira Connect Me QR code will only appear automatically when Mira Connect Me is selected as the idle screen. When the QR code is not visible, access the Mira Connect Me QR code by selecting the Remote Control icon.
Added support for Mira Connect to use the maximum and minimum volume level settings for Biamp Tesira Level controls instead of the default maximum gain value of +12 dB and -38 dB for room volume and ± 12 dB for the 'who can hear me' sound reinforcement and overflow room levels. When a Biamp Level control maximum/minimum is set in the Tesira configuration, Mira Connect will use the maximum and minimum values when determining a 50dB range for room volume and for determining a ± 12dB range for 'who can hear me' sound reinforcement and overflow room volume controls.
This release adds support for twelve new products or product families from the following manufacturers:
Added support for the max volume setting within Denon AVR and Marantz receivers. Setting the max volume in the receiver will automatically scale the supported gain range in Mira Connect to the specified gain range of the receiver. For example, setting the max volume to 80% in the receiver will cause Mira Connect to scale its gain range so that 80% of the maximum is the top of the Mira Connect gain range.
Added volume control and mute support to the virtual display driver for use with automations.
Added support for using a comma ',' to add 250 msec of delay between channel favorite digits for all IR-based TV and TV tuner drivers. Multiple commas can also be entered. As an example, a channel favorite can now be entered as '1,1-1' for adding a delay between the first and second '1' digits for the channel '11-1'.
Improved the performance of Mira Connect Software when controlling more than 20 devices.
Improved NEC projector driver so that the busy spinner works properly on models where the busy spinner continued to spin.
Added support for TV channels and channel favorites to the Sony Bravia IR driver.
Fixed an issue with the Stream Deck plugin where if a channel favorite label was removed in Mira Portal after the channel favorite was assigned to a key or dial, the Stream Deck plugin used a blank label in the pull-down combo list for that channel favorite instead of the channel number.
Fixed an issue where the Lightware driver was not switching video sources when the UCX-4x2-HC40 model was selected.
Enhanced Mira Portal's Zoom Rooms JSON export with new options to support automatically powering on displays when a meeting starts and powering off displays when a meeting ends. The option to power on displays when meetings start is enabled by default. See our article, , for additional information.
Added support for Biamp Tesira Room Combiner blocks for controlling the mute and output level for divisible rooms. Mira Connect can be configured to use different instance tags for room mute or room volume across multiple rooms and control the mute and volume independently when the room is divided or synchronized together through the Biamp Tesira room combiner when the rooms are combined through the Biamp Tesira Room Combiner block.
